Touch has a wide ranging and experienced staff. Malcolm Brinkworth is CEO and has built Touch over the last 20 years into a company with a reputation for quality, innovation and integrity. Erica Wolfe Murray is head of finance and also develops Touch's brands in books and other rights exploitation. David Postlethwaite is Head of Production. Nic Jeune heads up Touch's drama arm, Touch Films.
 
Thames Shipwrecks is series produced by Brendan Hughes and directed by Mary Dickinson; the All Over the Shop series was led by Virginia Hill and Ceri Rowlands.
